Colleagues, we recognize the challenges that the last few weeks have brought and applaud the leadership each of you continue to exemplify in each of your clinical roles. Clinical Tools

Certification of COVID-19 Death (Presumed or Proven). A "walkthrough" PDF on how to fill out death certificates for presumed or confirmed COVID19 cases

Public Health Swab Recommendations Update. Public health will now accept ANY swabs sent for processing however will continue to prioritize admitted patients and health care workers given current supply chain limitations. This document outlines recommendations for appropriateness.

Interim guidance on in-person Prenatal and Well Baby Checks to modify scheduling for these routine appointments and which are recommended to remain in-person and which can be skipped or transitioned to virtual.

How to adapt your clinical assessment of patients with COVID-19 for virtual visits. This helpful infographic walks you through adapting your usual assessment to a telephone or video visit.
