  • DBT Training is back free from Wellkin with Dr. Javeed Sukhera. REGISTER HERE for this 3 hour training session (May 4 OR May 11 1-4pm) back by popular demand. "Practical DBT Skills for Community Settings' provides an overview of core Dialectical Behavioural Therapy skills for community practitioners from diverse health disciplines. After reviewing key concepts, Dr. Sukhera will discuss DBT techniques including chain analysis and validation in more depth. Through case discussion, participants will practice applying a DBT informed approach to enhance compassionate care for individuals suffering with mental illness/addiction.
