As mentioned in last week's Primary Pride and in a survey sent to parents in November, the school is providing a few asynchronous learning days to honor the amount of work that teachers have been doing to teach both in-person and distance learning students.
The first of these days is this Friday, December 11. Here's what to expect for primary:
-
This will truly be an asynchronous day with no live lessons.
- Students will log on their learning platform (Seesaw or Google Classroom) and complete the day's assignments.
- Assignments include: math, ELA, and science or social studies related to the current IB unit of inquiry.
- There will be no specials assignment.
-
To be counted present for the day, students must submit work by the end of the day. Otherwise, you will be counted as absent.
The book fair will be open for its last day of shopping, so you can sign up to shop that morning if your family would like one last opportunity to shop.
