Requests for temporary transfers to distance learning

If you wish to request temporary distance learning for your student, please complete this form and explain in the comments that you are requesting a temporary move to distance learning, the reason for the change, and the requested duration of the change.

This information is very important to our attendance office. You will be notified of approval along with the classroom teacher and distance learning teacher (if applicable).
Carline Update

We continually improve the carline to make it run as smoothly as possible. Here's an updated timeline for afternoon pickup:

Yellow and Blue Line

If the first car arrives before 3 pm (12:30 pm on Wednesdays), the driver should stop at the PikMyKid Stop Sign on Meridian Way.

At 3 pm (12:30 pm on Wednesdays), drivers in the yellow and blue line may pull up to the Mays (middle school) Building crosswalk.

At 3:25 pm, after a staff member has checked them into the pick up queue, drivers may pull around to the Primary Building crosswalk.

Green Line

Drivers in the green line should pull up to the intersection of the green line and the parking lot between both campuses at 3 pm (12:30 pm on Wednesdays). After a staff person has checked them into the carline queue, they may pull up to the side of the Primary Building at 3:25 pm (12:55 on Wednesdays).

2020-2021 Campus Improvement Plan Review

You are invited to join school leadership Monday, November 16 from 9 am -10:30 am via Zoom meeting, for review and comment on this year’s Campus Improvement Plan (CIP).

The plan includes a review of our goals from last year and those that we have set for the current year.

If you can, please take this opportunity to review the plan and attend the meeting. If you have questions, please submit them in writing prior to the end of day Friday, November 13.
Triple A News

If you need to delegate a person other than a parent/guardian to pick up your student from Triple A, please email triplea@mwschool.org with the delegate’s name and the dates they are eligible to pick up your student.

Please instruct your delegate to arrive with a valid government ID and, if possible, the student's car tag and wait outside of the Primary entrance doors with a mask on to be assisted. Once the Triple A receptionist checks the delegate’s ID and the student's car tag, the Triple A student will be released to the delegated pick up person.

Please do not attempt to use the PikMyKid app to delegate a pick up person for Triple A. The app will require that you change your student’s pick up mode, which can result in confusion.

Spring Martial Arts registration is now open for 1st-5th grade students participating in on-campus instruction starting in January.
Thank you

Our staff members are continually thankful for your donations of coffee, cups, creamer and sweeteners. It gives us one less thing to worry about on our mental morning checklist.

And we probably don't have to tell you how nice it is to have a quick cup of caffeine ready to go when you have a free moment to grab it!
