PRIMM, Nev. (Aug. 25, 2017) - Primm Valley Resort & Casino continues to expand on its remodeling and food & beverage offerings by recently opening Primm & Proper, serving tasty American favorites for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night 24/7. Guests are greeted by a neon sign emblazoned with the phrase "good food, good people good times," before walking into the airy restaurant designed by Tandem with oversize plush booths, sandstone brick decor and striking red windowpanes.
With breakfast served 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., there's something for everyone from favorites including pancakes, French toast and Belgian waffles served with 100% Vermont real maple syrup for a truly authentic taste, to build your own omelets, huevos rancheros and biscuits with gravy. Signature items include Deuces Wild Breakfast with two eggs any style, two pancakes, two strips of bacon and two pork sausage links; or the Belly Buster for two people (or one very hungry one) with six pancakes, four eggs, four slices of bacon, four sausage links and toast for the ultimate breakfast experience. Or choose a "Breakfast in Bread" breakfast sandwich such as the Rise & Shine with ham, Swiss cheese and over-medium egg on a toasted Portuguese sandwich muffin.
A variety of lunch and dinner entrees are available 11 a.m. to midnight including the Monte Cristo with layers of ham, turkey and Swiss cheese on Texas toast, hand-dipped in egg, then grilled and dusted with powdered sugar and served with real maple syrup; or the BBBLT with bacon, bacon, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo on choice of toasted bread. Signature dinner entrees include a prime rib special with a 12 ounce USDA choice prime rib served with vegetable of the day and a giant baked potato; or Mom's homemade meatloaf served with beef gravy, mashed potatoes and vegetables of the day, just like mom used to make it.
After catching a concert at Star of the Desert Arena or hitting up the outlets, Primm & Proper has late night covered with an expansive menu available 12-6 a.m. Options include many of the breakfast favorites, as well as a 10 ounce New York strip steak & eggs; and the Double-Up burger, with two fresh ground beef patties, grilled and topped with American cheese on a toasted brioche bun.
"We're committed to continuing offering the best experience at Primm Valley," said Affinity Gaming CEO Michael Silberling. "Since our $3.5 million room renovation in November, we've put a lot of thought and care into Primm & Proper's menu and room design, and we're excited to welcome our loyal and new guests."
