I Bring You Good News

It is my joy to wish you a most blessed Christmas, as the pastor at Prince of Peace. I am thankful for all of you who make up our Prince of Peace family. I would love to see you during one of our services over the next few days. The message of Christmas is one of incredibly good news that gives real and certain hope: “...behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord (Luke 2:10-11). This good news is for you and me; it is personal, and it is real. God is so determined to save you and me that He personally came down to us to be one of us in order to save us from our sin and death. The darkness has given way to the light of Christ. The baby born in a manger would one day take our sin to his cross. The one born in Bethlehem would one day rise from death to give you and me life, eternal life. Come celebrate with us the the one born in the city of David, your Savior and mine. God’s grace and peace upon you all this Christmas season.

We have received our shipment of offering envelopes for 2023! Please pick up your designated offering envelopes in the narthex (in front of the church mailboxes). If your family would like to have a personal church mailbox and does not have one already, please contact the church secretary, so she may assign you one.

New Devotions Available in the Narthex!

Add to your daily routine with some inspirational spiritual reading! The church has many different devotional and prayer books to choose from at our free literature table, located in the Narthex. We receive new editions every few months so be sure to check back frequently.

Children's Sunday School

NO SUNDAY SCHOOL

Children's Sunday School is held 

Every Sunday at 9:15am 

in the school building and is open to all children age 4-12. Sunday school students enjoy a Snack, Craft and Bible lesson.

Please encourage your children to try out Sunday School and maybe even bring a friend from the neighborhood!
