Join the *Steam Dream Team* as we develop drafting skills with 3D drawings, discover how playing chess enhances critical thinking, develop problem solving skills with fun puzzles and riddles, learn science and culinary techniques through cooking, and explore math like never before!

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL NEEDS VOLUNTEERS!
Our Wild West VBS is coming fast! August 2nd-5th to be exact! We have a great opportunity for parents and members of the church to get involved with our youth ministry! We are looking for people of all skill sets to help with VBS. If you are interested in helping or just learning more, please attend our volunteer meeting

VBS VOLUNTEER MEETING:
FRIDAY 7/23 @12PM

We need Volunteers for the following positions:

  • Group Leaders - Duties: Guiding children from activity to activity

  • Craft Leaders - Duties: instructing a pre-set craft and reading a small story

  • Game Leaders - Duties: leading kids in fun outdoor activities/games

  • Decorators - Duties: Decorating the fellowship hall and board room to be as "Wild West" as possible!
  • Kitchen Helpers - Duties: Helping to plate and serve our nightly dinners.

REGISTER FOR VBS! AGES 4-12
Wild West Vacation Bible School is coming in August! We have 4 days planned of fun, games and Bible study! Open to all children age 4-12 (older children may attend as helpers) Please register in the school office or use the button below to register online on Eventbrite! Nightly dinner included for our attendees, Parents may buy additional plates for themselves or siblings not attending VBS for $3 each.

We will meet after our 2nd worship service to approve our Financial Guide/Budget. Please attend if you are able, as we need 2/3 of our voting members present to conduct a vote. Thank you!

Sunday School for Ages 4-12!
Children's Sunday School is held Every Sunday at 9:15 in the school building and is open to all children age 4-12. Sunday school students enjoy a Snack, Craft and Bible lesson. Please encourage your children to try out Sunday School and maybe even bring a friend from the neighborhood!

We thank God that our congregation remains healthy and so far, free from the Covid-19 Virus! We pray for everyone’s continued health and strength as we move forward!
  • For our staff, teachers, students, and families at Prince of Peace, that our Lord would sustain them all through these days as we strive to continue and support the mission of our church and school.

  • We have been working hard to update our member contact information. We now have our printed Church Directories, which you can pick up either in your designated mail box or at the church office.

  • Our goal is to send out a new “News and Updates” email to all of our members every week. This email highlights important upcoming events for both the church and school. You can even check out the scripture readings for upcoming Sunday Services ahead of time! Please be sure to check your emails every week.
