Our Lobby Credenza!

Our New Lobby Credenza has arrived! and She is a real beauty! Thank you to our Board member, Tony Frigo, for this fabulous design of the granite pedestals. The new tabletop additions and pillows are a beautiful touch as well. We are looking good!

REMINDERS!

BIKE ROOM CLEAN OUT!

URGENT! There are still 11 unclaimed bikes in the storage room not properly labeled with a Name and Unit #. If you have a bike here, please make sure it is properly identified. The label must be on the BIKE itself, NOT on the wall or by a hook. If you are not in residence, please contact Nadine Ploskonka, Chair of the Rules and Regs Committee at 734-635-1661, and she will take care of this for you. Thank you!

CARETAKERS: Each unit owner needs to have a caretaker in the event of an emergency when you are not in residence. Be sure to provide the Name & Contact info for your unit caretaker to the Property Manager. This is for the protection of your unit and that of your neighbors as well. Thank you!

RESIDENTS: If you are NOT Full Time at the Princess. Please check in with the office when you arrive as well as when they leave for any extended period so that the Owners Board can be updated accordingly. This will help in case of an emergency.

As part of our ongoing effort to bring more value to our residents here at the Princess, we will now offer our residents who are selling or renting their unit the opportunity to list it here in our Newsletter. If you are selling, maybe you will consider listing it here before listing it with a broker. Many of our residents have family or friends who could be your buyer! Same when it comes to renting your unit.
