Introducing the New Member Portal!
As you might already know, last November we as a club transitioned to a new software program called Club Automation. This change will greatly improve our processes as a club and will only improve your experience at the Princeton Club. One of the advantages the new software brings is the ability for you as a member to log-in online to view your profile.
By accessing your profile, you can:
- Update your profile including billing info changes, address changes, etc.
- Register for Group Training classes, Tennis Lessons and Programs, Swim Lessons and Programs, Special Events and more
- Review your account and pay any balance you have.
- **Coming soon, you will also have the ability to book and review tennis court reservations.
- **Please note at this time, check-in records are not available on the Member Portal but that is also coming. Those records can always be accessed by request from Membership or the Business Office.
To access your profile, please log-in to the website to familiarize yourself with your new online capabilities.
To access your profile:
- Log into www.princetonclubnewberlin.com (page Member Login) and select the "First Time Here?" icon.
- Enter in your First Name, Last Name and email address for entry.
- If you do not have an email on file with us, please contact the Membership Department. They can add your email address to your profile and then you can proceed with access.
You will receive a success message if your account is found and will need to click the security link provided to you in your email. Upon logging in, you will be prompted to enter/verify basic information about yourself (fields with an asterisk are required). On that initial page, the e-mail address you enter and the password you choose will be your log-in information going forward. Please save that information to log-in to the website in the future.
Also, we do require on that initial page that as a member you put a credit/debit card on file. The credit card that you enter will become your "house charge" at the club. We want to assure you that your credit/debit card number is completely safe. Club Automation is 100% PCI DSS compliant and after entering your card for the first time, only the last four digits of your card are ever visible. The online transactions use a 256 bit encryption which is the same encryption that banks and credit card companies use.
With a credit/debit card on file, you never have to worry about paying in person for any activity at the club. All lessons, programs, food or pro shop purchases are all able to be charged straight to your house account (you are still able to pay in real time if desired). All charges for the current month will be run on the 1st day of the following month.
