Dear Families of STM,

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all our families for your incredible help and support with our wonderful Oktoberfest celebration. This annual event is such a special time for our parish and school community, and it wouldn't have been possible without your generosity and involvement.

A special thank you to Mr. Calvin Pollard, our Director of Advancement, for leading the charge in organizing this fantastic event. His dedication, along with the efforts of our co-chairs—the Colomb and Stow families—made this year's Oktoberfest a huge success. I would also like to acknowledge Frank Rivas and Janice Felton for their invaluable help and support.

I’m thrilled to announce that we met our $50,000 goal in raffle ticket sales and exceeded our expectations for sponsorships! We are in the process of finalizing the numbers for the day-of-event revenue, but it was truly a day full of community, fun, and fundraising.

Thank you once again for your generosity and commitment to making our Oktoberfest a memorable and successful event for everyone. Your support helps us continue to fulfill our mission as a Catholic school and strengthens the bonds within our parish and school community.

Parents, teachers, family, and friends - order your choice of 1 pound tubs of chicken salad, egg salad, pimento cheese, large sides like broccoli salad, pasta salad, grape salad, mac 'n cheese, fresh fruit as well as croissants and treats with the order form link provided. Chicken Salad Chick will call to collect payment. 15% of sales will be donated to St. Thomas More Parish School.

Flynn O'Hara is now stocked with all our complete uniform! Please visit the store front or website as soon as possible to secure the proper STM uniform pieces for your child. We will start implementing uniform infractions as of November 1st. Visit their website here.

*School picture day will be on Tuesday, November 5th and all students will need to be in proper dress uniform!

We surpassed our goal of $50,000, and the whole school will receive a PIZZA PARTY!

We are thankful for everyone who participated in this year's raffle.

This year's top winner's generosity saw a definite return by purchasing more than 16% of the raffle tickets.
