We're almost back!

Hello Fullerton Families!

I am happy to begin this school year by welcoming you to our great school community! We have a long-standing tradition at Fullerton of support and opportunity for our students. We are now entering our 129th year of educating the students of the City of Fullerton. Our partnerships in this community run deep and we are proud to serve. As I begin my 5th year serving as Principal I couldn't be more proud of all we do for our students.

For those of you new to our school community, every week, you will receive a Principal's Newsletter that will help you feel more a part of our school. I celebrate our students and the programs and sports they belong to. My goal is to keep you updated with pertinent information regarding school activities, events, parent meetings, and any other important deadlines you need to be aware of. This newsletter also serves as the liaison to essential information from our district office.

I am excited for what this school year will bring to our community. Our teams have been getting ready all summer and we can't wait to open our doors! Welcome again to Fullerton Union High School. The ❤️ of Fullerton.

Bell Schedules

On October 13, 2019, Governor Gavin Newsom signed Senate Bill 328, Pupil Attendance: School Start Time. SB 328 requires that high schools begin no earlier than 8:30 a.m. The start times went into effect on July 1, 2022. SB 328 does not include zero periods.

Included in this change is the newly added Student Support Time at FUHS. Last school year while looking for ways to support our students, our teachers came together to determine the best way to to do this and it resulted in the extension of class time on a rotating basis. Every week, we will have an extra 25 minutes in a different period so that students can have more time with their teachers. We are excited to have this time embedded into our school day!
