Boys Basketball:

Boys Basketball improved to 1-1 in Freeway League play this week with a 62-61 victory over Sunny Hills. Friday’s match-up will place FUHS vs. a tough Sonora team that will be challenging for the TRIBE! Nevertheless, our boys will be ready for the challenge.

Girls Basketball:

Girls Basketball Started this week with a 56-34 win over Sierra Vista in non-league play. Coming off that victory, the girls went into the second game of league taking on a very good Sunny Hills team. Fullerton fell short of a victory, but the girls kept working hard to the very end of the game. The team keeps improving and striving for the perfect game.

Boys Soccer:

Boys soccer went into the week one and one in league. Tuesday we played away at Sonora and had a tough game with a loss of 4 to 2. The good news was JV 16 to 1 over Sonora. We had a great week of practice for all of our programs. Friday, La Habra visited us for the fourth league game of the year and varsity won 3-0. With six league games remaining. We are confident we’re playoff bound. We are looking forward to Tuesday when the coyotes come to play us at home.

Girls Soccer:

Girls Soccer had a great week with a win over Sonora in a double overtime victory of 1-0. The girls fought hard for every possession and played their best defense of the year. Sonora didn’t give up and kept attacking the TRIBE, but with guidance of Coach Maisterra and his coaching staff, the girls adjusted to everything Sonora tried to do and came out with the win. On Friday the girls takes on La Habra one the road and will report those results in the next newsletter.

Boys & Girls Wrestling:

Coming back from winter break our Wrestling team took on a very strong Sonora squad at SOHS.
