Class of 1971 Reunion

We celebrated and welcomed the Class of 1971 on Friday! FUHS always has the best reunions! It's great to see that our alumni have such great memories and love to come back to reminisce with us.  Back in 1967-1971, this class saw our old administration building and library come down. The auditorium was under renovation the entire time they were in school, and the old stadium and pool were still in their original spots! They loved to see what we've done with the place since they left! They were a generous bunch, with a love of the arts. Thank you to our amazing alumni for your donation!

New to the FUHS Wall of Fame

We are excited to announce our two new inductees! We will hold the reception before the Homecoming Game this coming Friday!

Cross Country

The boys & girls cross country teams competed at the Dana Hills Invitational this past Saturday at Dana Hills High School. Alejandro Hernandez ran a strong race in the junior boys division along with Adam Zibell. The girls were led by school record holder Morgan McAndrew, Ansal Esquivias, and Reagan Glidewell. Both teams were coming off a taxing two-week period of racing and training so many athletes were running on tired legs. The teams will now look to the Freeway League Cluster #2 on Wednesday, October 5th at Clark Regional Park. The boys varsity currently sits in 2nd place while the girls are in 4th place. The boys will have a battle against Sonora High School for 1st place and the girls will try to improve a place to put themselves in a position to make CIF!

Girls Volleyball

Girls varsity got their much-needed first league win against Buena park to go 1-1 of the week. We are now 1-3, still in the hunt for the playoffs. Kaylee Koerth and Zoe Kamizolas are leading the team in kills, with Havanna Pennington leading in assists. Lauren Hansens leads in blocks, while Noah Chung leads the defense in digs. Both our JV and Frosh teams went 2-0 for the week. Next up will be Tuesday against our crosstown rival Troy. Come out and support the girls and let's red out the gym that night.

Girls Golf

The girls' Golf team had a tough schedule this week playing 3 games.   Freshman golfer Kira Duffus had an amazing round on Thursday getting the lowest score for Fullerton.

Girls Tennis

Girls Tennis had a great week, defeating La Habra 18-0 and Buena Park 17-1. This takes the team's league record to 3-1. Next week will be a big test for the team as we face off against both Troy and Sunny Hills. Go, Tribe!!!
