Along with our sports team continuing to battle in league play our Arts Programs have had some great performances including some of our best student work hanging at The Muckenthaler along with those of other district schools! If you have a chance, please make sure to go down and admire it!

Cross-Curricular Activities
AP Human Geography is a class that covers many different topics, including Agriculture. On Tuesday, Jan 24, the AP Human Geography students were given a tour of the FUHS farm by the Veterinary Science class. Students learned about the process of raising animals for food, the financial investment in the animals, the cost of feed, the daily care required, and the potential payoff when the animals are sold at the OC Fair. Students got to pet the baby goats, sheep, steers, and chickens, pick oranges in the orchard and feed the steers if they were brave enough. Big thanks to Mrs. Alcott and the Vet Science students for bringing the agriculture unit alive for the AP Human Geography students.

Our focus is to GRIND and be the BEST we can BE in the last 2 League games against Buena Park (Senior Night) and Troy. Our Senior Captains, Declan Campbell, Christian Chavoya, and goal scorer Kenneth Flores (20 goals & 14 Assists) have led the charge to secure a high seed in the CIF D1 playoffs. Girls Soccer:
Girl’s soccer had 2 tough games this week with Sonora and La Habra but are showing much improvement. The BIG news this week was the outpouring of support for KM Legacy Foundation on Tuesday against Sonora. Both teams were involved in their support of the former Fullerton Soccer player and ASB President Katie Monson. She passed away of brain cancer, but Her spirit lives on through Her KM Legacy Foundation. Both teams showed Kindness Matters.
