We invite you to join us for Parent/Guardian/Teacher conferences on Tuesday, October 12 and Thursday, October 14. Conferences will be available in person and virtually.
Tuesday, October 12 from 7:30-9:00 am (virtual) and 5:00-8:00 pm (in person)
Thursday, October 14 from 7:30-9:00 am (virtual) and 5:00-8:00 pm (virtual)
Virtual conference sign up using the pickAtime online scheduler. When logging in, use your email and your student's birthday in the following format: M/D/YYYY. Example - 6/1/2010 or 11/25/2010. A confirmation email containing Zoom links will be sent by pickAtime 24 hours prior to your conference. The pickAtime platform will open up for scheduling on Monday, October 4 at 6:00 pm and will close Sunday, October 10 at 6:00 pm.
In person conferences will be arena style with an open house format. PickAtime will not be used for in person conference sign up. 7th and 8th grade teachers will be set up in the cafeteria and 800 hallway and 6th grade teachers will be in the gym. Signage will direct families to the correct locations. These conferences are available on a first come first serve basis.
To prepare for conferences, please join your student in reviewing what is in the portal and have your questions ready for teachers. Remember that each conference slot is 7 minutes for virtual and 5 minutes for in person and our teachers will be sticking tightly to these times. It is our hope that your student will also join the conferences.
Prior to conferences, you are also welcome to visit our CMS website to view videos created by each of our teachers. These videos showcase what students will be learning this year and can be accessed whenever it is convenient for you.
