21 Days of Mindfulness


How It Works:

  • Complete one mindfulness booster of your choice each day for the next 21 days. If you complete at least 19 of 21 days, you will be entered into the prize pool to win a selfcare basket. 
  • If you complete 3 boosters in ONE day for at least 5 days, you will earn an extra raffle ticket.
  • When you have completed your log, please turn it in or email it to a Fitness at SPS Tower staff member by Tuesday, May 27th to be eligible for the raffle.

  • (2) Selfcare Basket - comes with: tea, blanket, candle, bath salts, essential oils, affirmation jar, and a $20 Amazon gift card

Chair Massages

Details:

  • Fitness at SPS is partnering with Ambiente Gallerie and Wellness Clinic to offer you free, 10-minute chair massages! Please be prepared to arrive 2 minutes before your scheduled time slot to fill out a waiver. You can only sign up for one massage day.

The Putting Green is Now Open!


The SPS Tower Putting Green is officially open for the summer! Swing by for a quick break, some fresh air, and a lot of fun.


Check out a putter and a ball at the fitness center front desk:

  • Monday-Thursday: 6AM - 6PM
  • Friday: 6AM - 2PM
  • If the fitness center office is closed, staff are unavailable, or you’d like to check out a putter outside of the listed hours, please visit the security desk located on the skyway level.
