PBA Pro Bono Award & Attorney Samuel Fallk Equal Access to Justice Award

Charles Burrows presents the PBA Pro Bono Award to Atty. P. Timothy Kelly in recognition of his dedication to pro bono service in Lackawanna County. Sylvia Hahn presents the Attorney Samuel Fallk Equal Access to Justice Award, sponsored jointly by the Lackawanna Bar Association and Lackawanna Pro Bono. The award honors the memory of Attorney Samuel Fallk, a local practitioner remembered for his dedication to finding legal representation for people who could not afford an attorney.
