February is American Heart Month!
February is American Heart Month -- a time to focus on your cardiovascular health! The American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity (try: brisk walking, water aerobics, dancing, gardening, tennis) spread throughout the week. That’s about 20 minutes per day. Moving (even just a little) improves your heart health. You can do it!
