Jay has more than 25 years experience in the baseball academy industry, and has been an influential coach and instructor for 28 years.

Pro X's continued mission and commitment is to be build an unprecedented staff that is unmatched by any other training facility in the indust ry. The addition of Jay Lehr to our current baseball staff - including Rick Stiner, Billy Jones, Ty Neal, and Mark Walther - fortifies Pro X as the elite training facility in the Midwest.

In the short period of time that Ty Neal has been with Pro X, he's quickly built and developed a high-level and comprehensive pitching program that is designed to maximize every pitcher's ability with a committed focus to arm health, arm strength, and ALL aspects of pitching.

With Jay now joining Ty in our pitching and throwing programs, we're able to take our existing program to the next level. Pitchers of all ages and abilities will have access to a level of instruction not offered anywhere else.

Together, Ty and Jay bring in excess of 40 years of coaching and pitching instruction experience at the highest levels. Both have numerous MLB draft picks, former, and current MLB players to their resume, demonstrating their knowledge of exactly what it takes to play at the next level, compete in a sustained and healthy environment, and further refine your skills and mindset to grow your abilities.
