To Our Valued Patients,

Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we navigate new ways to best serve you during these uncertain times.

Due to the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19 and the influx of new data and recommendations we have decided to temporarily suspend in-person patient visits at ProMD Health. Our team will be in touch to reschedule. This will enable us to study the latest information and update our staff on the current best practices, perform deep cleanings of all office locations, as well as develop new tools and methods to better serve you today and long after COVID-19 is but a distant memory.

At ProMD Health our motto has always been to help you “Look and Feel Younger”. We are cognizant of the fact that many of you are on life-changing hormone therapy programs. We will continue to see you remotely using telemedicine and ship appropriate medications to you. We encourage existing hormone therapy patients or patients interested in starting hormone optimization therapy to contact our HRT Director at Hannah@ProMDHealth.com for the latest information.

We also understand how important staying on a consistent regimen is for your overall well-being. We will continue to take phone orders for skincare products and supplements and ship them directly to you so that you can carry on with some small ways to “Look and Feel Younger” despite what is going on in the world. Our partner pharmacies also carry many medications and supplements which we can ship directly to you. Please call our office at (410) 449 2060 to speak with a specialist and place orders.

We understand that this will be an inconvenience to some, but we consider it a necessary step in doing our part to better understand and help mitigate the COVID-19 outbreak. At ProMD Health, you, our patients, are our purpose. We will be standing by our phones to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Gavrila will also be available to assist our patients who may not be able to get into their GP or need help with prescription refills.

Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your loyalty, patronage, and friendship over the years. Some of you have even gone so far as to ask for ways in which you can help to support our practice and staff during these times. You are appreciated. One way to do that is to consider purchasing gift cards and pre-booking appointments for when things return to normal. When this is all over, and I promise you, it will be over, I for one know that I will certainly need some help getting back to looking and feeling my best.
Respectfully,
Scott R. Melamed
