DREAM GRANTED: What happens in Vegas can’t always stay in Vegas!!!

by Liz Teposte

We did it! The Fountain of Dreams Team granted another dream. Last week, we had the pleasure of surprising Armando Reyes from Department 760. Armando submitted his dream over a year ago. His dream was to have his truck repaired as he felt it was more than a dream but rather a necessity.

The Dream Team has been working for months on how to help make his dream come true. With the help of some ProTecians, we were able to find out Armando had continued to get his vehicle repaired but it was still running into issues, his next steps were to buy a new truck but as you know that comes with a price tag.

The Dream team reached out to the Operations team for help, and they were more than happy to join us in making his transportation dream come true. They had a ProTec van they were going to sell and offered it for Armando. HUGE Thank you to the Operations Team for joining us in Improving Quality of Life. The Dream Team will also be helping Armando with paying up to $100 to change the title to his name. To see more pictures, click here.

Rainy Season Reminder

by Mark Adams

As we move into the rainy season, we want to remind everyone to prioritize safety and stay informed before heading out to work. Rainy days can sometimes mean changes to work schedules, and we want to ensure no one makes an unnecessary trip if there’s no work available.

On days when it’s raining or rain is projected, please call your supervisor before leaving for work.

Your supervisor will have the most up-to-date information about job site conditions and whether or not work is scheduled for the day. Taking this simple step can save you time and ensure you’re not traveling in poor weather conditions unnecessarily.

Safety First

by Tim Lampman

16 days safe and counting! Let's keep it up!

With fall in full swing and wetter weather on the horizon, it's the perfect time for our safety meetings focused on slips, trips, and falls. Please note that all meetings will be held a week earlier than usual due to Thanksgiving and holiday vacations. Recently, we've seen several injuries from falls and trips, so let's stay vigilant—always be mindful of your surroundings and footing. We look forward to seeing everyone at next week’s safety meetings!

INSIGHTS & INSPIRATION

Dave's Success Tips: You Become Who You Associate With

by Dave Rauch

Tip #51: Long term success is built on credibility and on establishing enduring loving relationships with quality people based on mutually earned trust. Cut all ties with dishonest, negative or lazy people, and associate with people who share your values. You become whom you associate with.

Defining Success

by YOU

Is success about money, power, or making an impact? It’s a personal choice, and there’s no right or wrong answer—just make sure your definition aligns with the path you truly want to follow.

Some people focus on the end goal, while others cherish the journey itself. One thing is certain: you need a clear destination before you can plan how to get there.

Take a moment to reflect on four areas of your life: wealth, relationships, health, and achievements. Where do you currently stand in each of these?

Now, envision the most successful version of yourself—your “Super You.” Let your imagination run free. What does "Super You" look like in each of these areas? How much wealth have you built? What are your relationships like? How healthy are you, and how does that enhance your life? What milestones have you achieved?

The gap between where you are now and where your "Super You" is—that’s your target. Define it clearly, then begin paving the path to close the distance.

CONGRATULATIONS

Welcome New ProTecians
