This dedicated space serves as the launching pad for quick tutorials, training videos, and other educational content providing you with a better understanding of our business processes and teaching you new skills.

New App Alert: Client Feedback Made Easy

Our fantastic IT Team has just rolled out a new app for client feedback, available on all work phones. Whether it's positive, negative, or somewhere in between, this is the place to share the valuable feedback you hear from our clients. Let's work together to achieve our goal of 200 submissions this quarter.

If you don't see the app on your phone, don't worry. Reach out to our IT Team at helpdesk@protec.com, and they'll get you set up. All feedback matters, and this app is designed to make sharing it easy!

Costco Meets ProTec

This week was truly extraordinary as we had the privilege to celebrate the birthday of our CEO and founder of ProTec, Dave. The entire corporate office united to create a special Costco-themed party. Every team member contributed by bringing in delectable food, and Dave, decked-out in his Costco gear, joyfully sampled it all. It was the perfect way to celebrate Dave and express our gratitude for everything he does for us. Here's to many more birthday celebrations and a fantastic new decade for Dave! 🎉🎂

Dreams That Make a Difference

We're thrilled to share an update on Marisol's dream to provide shoes and socks for children in need. Her dedication materialized as she successfully delivered bags filled with shoes and socks to Casa Hogar Simnsa in Rosarito. The recipients, of which four are siblings, ages 6 to 18, tragically lost both parents during the pandemic. Despite the hardships they have faced at such young ages, they were all very grateful. Marisol and her family had the privilege of visiting Casa Hogar to not only take shoes and socks but also hope and love to their life’s. A heartfelt thank you to Marisol, for trusting Fountain of Dreams and allowing us to be part of such an amazing dream she had. Her compassion for others is making a significant difference in the lives of many.
