The first Best of ProTec for 2024 is awarded to Adamary Ozuna. Adamary showed exceptional dedication by traveling to Las Vegas to assist in the training of our new administrative assistant, Maria Gonzalez. Her commitment goes beyond the call of duty, consistently giving 100% effort in her work every day. While supporting Maria during onboarding, Adamary extended her assistance to the entire admin department, 760, and ProTec as a whole. We express our gratitude to Adamary for her outstanding contributions. We are indeed fortunate to have you on our team!

New Learning Center

As tax season approaches, I want to make sure you are prepared for the IRS. Whether you're getting ready for tax filing or just require your W-2 for another reason, accessing it is now is easy with Paylocity. Simply log in to your account, and you'll find the option to download a copy of your W-2.

Safety First

It's been a while since we hit a safety milestone, so let's please step it up! Safety is a BIG DEAL, and above all, it's about each of you staying safe at work. Those monthly safety meetings are there as a friendly nudge. To make reaching our safety milestones even more rewarding, we've got some incentives lined up. Hit 30 days safe, and boom—everyone scores a $25 net check. Reach 60 days, that's another $25, and if we ace it at 90 days, a $50 net check for all. Let's team up, watch each other's backs, and smash those safety goals. Safety first, team! It's great to award safety bonuses but remember there's also a cost side too. Next month we'll show you how much accidents affect our mod rate and thus our bottom line and thus the amount of "Profit Sharing Dollars" we can award at the end of each year.

A quick reminder: if there's an incident, report it right away! Open communication keeps us all safe and helps us learn and grow from any challenges.

Mother Knows Best

Hey everyone! Just a quick note on those little things that make our house (office) run smoothly. If you grab the last cup of coffee, how about brewing a fresh pot for the next person? Same goes for the water jug—swap it out if it's run out. Spilled some honey or coffee grounds? A wipe would be awesome. And hey, if you notice we're low on plastic ware, give Megan Millat a heads-up, okay? Oh, and in the bathroom, watch out for paper towel confetti—it happens. Let's keep our kitchen and bathroom neat and tidy. It's these little acts of thoughtfulness that make our home (office) feel cozy and caring for everyone. Thanks for pitching in and being ALL IN!
