28 Years Strong

by Dave Rauch

It was 28 years ago today that I filed the legal paperwork to incorporate ProTec. I had a business plan of helping Community Managers get all of their small jobs done quickly so that they could focus on the big stuff which was working on their board packets and larger plans with their boards. This business strategy is still valid today but has lagged last year. It’s so important that we get the JOB DONE for our clients, hassle free (great communication) and one-stop shop. More than any other factor the one thing that has driven ProTec’s success is that each of us communicate well with our clients. This is our number one discipline – COMMUNICATE WELL AND OFTEN WITH OUR CLIENTS. That is why this year’s critical number is Xperience Xcellence. We must continue to improve our communication with our clients. It’s the one thing that keeps them coming back to us time and time again.

Cheers to many more great anniversaries and continued growth and success! The best is yet to come

Critical Number Update

by Caleb Henry

The results from Januarys survey are in. Last month we asked managers on a scale of 1-10, "How would you rank our communication and follow-up?". The graph above illustrates the responses by service region. While these numbers aren't unfavorable, there's certainly room for growth. This month, we'll pose a different question to gather further insights. Please continue communicating and submitting any feedback you hear as we work together to make positive changes for our clients. Let's keep the dialogue open and strive for continuous improvement.

Improving Quality of Life

by Caleb Henry

Our purpose is crystal clear: improving quality of life... This isn't just a slogan or a vague idea; it's the core essence of who we are and what we strive for every single day. When we say we're committed to improving quality of life, here's what we mean: We work tirelessly to better ourselves, our clients, and to push our company forward. We express this commitment through our actions, supporting each other with positive attitudes and a can-do attitude that permeates everything we do. The outcome of our dedication? Engaged team members who are not only invested in their own growth but who also create more opportunities for everyone within our company. So, next time you're wondering if what you're doing aligns with our purpose, ask yourself: Does this action better you, our clients, AND help move the company forward? If the answer is yes, then you're right on track.

Managers, Check Your Inbox

by Danyelle Reese

You should have received an email with instructions and a link for ordering shirts. Please make sure to read, as there have been a few changes since the last order. The deadline for placing orders is next Thursday, February 15th. Feel free to reach out to me at Dreese@ProTec.com with any questions, and I'd be happy to help.

Be Aware of Scammers

by Candy Allen

We've all encountered those scam phone calls and tricky emails. Even management companies have had their emails compromised by responding to scammers or clicking on links. Now, scammers are taking it up a notch with deepfake technology on video calls, making them look and sound like someone you know.

I'm sharing this to keep everyone aware of the ongoing scams. We want you to stay prepared and attentive. If something feels off, please reach out to our IT department at helpdesk@ProTec.com before clicking on anything.

CULTURE CORNER

Core Value Stories

by Caleb Henry

This year, our primary focus is on prioritizing client feedback; however, it's crucial to highlight that core value stories remain important. They serve as a means to celebrate the exceptional work of our employees. Please keep submitting them, as they contribute significantly to recognizing and appreciating the efforts of our team.

AWARDS & RAFFLES

Best of ProTec

by Dave Rauch

This month, we have the privilege of recognizing Josue Garcia (760). A coworker commended Josue for being one of the few individuals he can consistently rely on, both at work and beyond. Josue's willingness to lend a helping hand extends even into his free time, showcasing his dedication. Additionally, Josue's vigilance on the job was acknowledged as he discovered contraband and promptly reported it to the police (with the help of office administrative assistant Maria Gonzalez). His swift action potentially saved lives and prevented harmful substances from reaching the hands of children. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Josue for being All In with our clients, coworkers, and community.

Dave's Success Tips: To Maximize Profits, Replicate Yourself.

by Dave Rauch

Tip #19: Use leverage with ideas (the ability to generalize is the key to intellectual leverage), work, money, time and people. To maximize profits, replicate yourself. Earning potentials become geometric rather than linear.
