While not all 3,000 individuals are currently with us, the significance lies in our enduring presence and the capacity to employ such a remarkable number throughout our years in business. Critical Number Update

This week, we sent out the first client survey of the year (How would you rank our communication and follow-up?) and should have the results gathered and ready to present to everyone soon. In light of this, let's all remember the importance of taking care of our individual roles, communicating well, and ultimately provide an improved experience to our clients. Let's continue working together to exceed our client's expectations and set new standards of Xcellence.

Reminder: Sign your Employee Handbook

We've recently made updates to the employee handbook, and we ask that all employees who have not yet signed it to review the handbook and complete the signature process. You can access and sign the document by logging into your Paylocity account. ProTec Portal: Just Tell ProTec!

You can now access and submit feedback to "Just Tell ProTec" through the ProTec Portal. When you are on the site, you will see a teal bar along the bottom of the screen that will allow you to submit feedback at anytime.

Safety Meetings

ProTec U: Drywall Patching

We kicked off the new year with a great drywall patching class at ProTec U on January 30^th. In this class we were able to discuss different applications and ratings of drywall and how to successfully patch holes and match texture. Click here to see pictures.

We have many classes coming up this year - classes on Demo and Shoring (buildings), Fall Protection, Waterproofing, Lath and Stucco, and specialized trainings for our plumbing department. Should you have interest in any of the upcoming classes please inform your department's Lead Account Manager for consideration.

None of this would have been possible without Xavier Lara (360) for being All In by sharing his expertise and knowledge with several technicians from various departments who had the opportunity to Learn and Grow. Thank you Xavier, and all of you who were able to attend.
