Company Truck For Sale - BELOW MARKET VALUE

We have a truck available for sale that is over $1,000 below market value, and we're conducting a drawing to determine the potential lucky buyer. If your name is chosen, you'll have the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. In the event the selected person decides not to buy, we'll select another name.

The chosen buyers will have 24 hours to inspect and complete the purchase. Please note that we require the full purchase amount upfront; no payment plans will be offered. We encourage employees in need of a work vehicle to participate, but we ask that you refrain from entering if your intention is to resell the vehicle.

As we approach the year's end, I'm thrilled to provide you with an update on our profit sharing for this year. Initially, I mentioned that it would be $100,000, but upon further consideration, I believe we can do even better. Therefore, we have increased the total amount to $130,000, which we will be soon distributing to all our employees.

Similar to last year, the distribution of these funds will be based on two unique factors: your earnings throughout this year and the number of years you've been a part of our ProTec team. I'm excited to celebrate the success of this remarkable year with all of you who made it happen! Let's continue our outstanding efforts and strive to make this number even bigger next year.

Own It isn't just a slogan here—it's a fundamental core value that defines us. We all make mistakes, every single day; I'm no exception. But what truly sets us apart is the courage to acknowledge those mistakes openly. Juan Sandoval (60) recently demonstrated this courage admirably.

In a world where it's easy to pass the buck, Juan chose a different path. When he realized he had made an error, he didn't look the other way or shift responsibility. Instead, he returned to the office, working with the admin team to correct the mistake. That, my friends, is what Own It is all about.

We applaud Juan's accountability because we recognize that we're all human, and we all make mistakes. It takes courage to admit when you're wrong, and it's admirable. So, let's take a moment to reflect on Juan's example, and remember that Own It isn't just a saying—it's one of our three core values that guide us!
