Best of ProTec

by Dave Rauch

Congratulations and thank you, Tina! We’re thrilled to congratulate Tina Rodrigues (12) out in Vegas on being selected as this month’s Best of ProTec! A manager wrote in to share how Tina truly came to the rescue during a hiccup at their community — calling her their hero. Thanks to your quick action and dedication, ProTec was able to step in and help turn things around.

You are a shining example of what it means to Improve the Quality of Life for the communities we serve. Thank you for being such a shining light representing ProTec so well. Great job, Tina. You are definitely All In!

BUSINESS NEWS

KEEP OUR CAMPS

by Dave Rauch

CAMPs: The Core of Our Success - (monthly recurring business)

Our CAMPs (Common Area Maintenance Programs) are what set us apart in the HOA industry—and every team member plays a role in their success. No matter your position, remember we’re all representatives of ProTec, meaning salespeople. It’s up to each of us to represent The Values of ProTec and The Values of a CAMP (more on those coming soon!).

Technicians: You play a vital role for our HOAs. You can report any HOA issues and/or needed repairs to your manager right away. This Improves the Life of our HOAs. Always be courteous—any homeowner could be a board member.

Account Managers: The attention you give to our CAMPs is what keeps them coming back, and not just the easy ones. Communicate clearly and often, respond the same day, and follow through on commitments.

At the end of the day, our clients are the reason we’re here. Let’s keep showing them why ProTec is the right choice.

Next newsletter we’ll learn more about “The Values of a CAMP” and “The Values of ProTec”.

Safety First

by Tim Lampman

As you've probably noticed, we've had to reset our safety day count once more. Please remember to report incidents or near-misses in a timely manner, so we can keep improving our safety record. You might not think you need treatment but being wrong could be deadly.

Rain is in the forecast for this weekend, so please drive carefully and stay alert on the roads. Safety is always our top priority, on and off the job.

Let’s keep it safe out there! 🌧️🚗

Dave's Success Tips: Learn your Lessons

by Dave Rauch

Tip #65: Bitterness, jealousy and anger empower your enemies and enslave you. Negative thinking results in the destruction of property. It is anti-property, therefore anti-capitalistic and anti-life. It also erodes your health. Forgive, learn your lessons, and get on with your life.

CONGRATULATIONS
