Our New Safety Director

by Dave Rauch

You’ve probably seen Neil Carey around and heard from him more often over the past few months. He’s been stopping by safety meetings, visiting job sites, and checking in to see how things are going. That’s because Neil has recently stepped into the role of Safety Director, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him leading the way in strengthening our safety culture!

As you know, consistently reaching our safe day goals has been a challenge. Neil has been focusing on finding new ways to better support you in the field, provide the tools and training needed, and ensure everyone is as prepared as possible to work safely every day. His hands-on approach and commitment to safety will be a great asset to all of us.

Please join us in congratulating Neil Carey on his new role! We’re looking forward to the positive changes he’ll bring and the impact he’ll have on keeping our team safe.

BUSINESS NEWS

WOWING our Clients

by Dave Rauch

Good things come in waves, and right now, we’re riding a wave of positive momentum! Our clients and their HOA budgets are in a much stronger position. I’ve been in touch with several attorneys and insurance brokers, and they all confirm that the HOA budgets have stabilized. Along with this fantastic news, our Construction Bids and Won Contracts are nearly back to normal, which gives us every reason to be optimistic about the future. Of course, we’re mindful of the general economy and the ongoing effects of the LA Wildfires on the Insurance industry, but overall, things are looking up. This is the perfect time for us to really shine and exceed our client's expectations.

What does that look like?

It means we communicate with positivity, clarity, and enthusiasm, always keeping our clients in the loop.

It means we document our progress with before-and-after photos.

It means we stay proactive, spotting any potential building or common area issues and addressing them before they become concerns.

Our job sites will always be safe, well-marked, and organized, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.

It also means being courteous and professional with everyone we meet, because we never know when we’ll be engaging with a homeowner or a board member.

Providing a GREAT Customer Experience, WOWING our clients as I call it, is all about going that extra mile—showing our clients that we care and making their experience with us exceptional. When we do this, they’ll be saying “Wow!” and that’s how we build lasting relationships and secure future opportunities. Let’s keep up the great work and continue making every project, every job, every day a success!

Construction Jobs Sale

by Dave Rauch

We know that our construction departments (50, 150 & 250) have been hit hard by the insurance rate increases, SB 326 deck inspections costs and other increased expenses to our HOAs. This has created some challenges for all HOA businesses and for us, but we are starting to see stability, and our sales are beginning to climb once again. To further boost our sales and provide support to our teams, we have implemented a limited-time promotion for some constructions proposals. We are offering 10% off for select proposals sent in January and February, with contracts signed by April 30th. This discount has been applied on an individual proposal basis, ensuring we maintain strong margins while still offering an attractive incentive to our clients.

This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to drive growth in these departments and continue providing the exceptional service our clients expect. We believe that this discount will help generate more business, especially during the current climate, and allow us to stay competitive while maintaining the quality of work that defines ProTec (Job Done, Hassle-free, One-Stop Shop). Thank you for your hard work and dedication during these past 6 months. Together, we are confident that we will continue to overcome any obstacle and achieve success. Let's keep up the momentum and make the most of this opportunity!

Jean Drive

by Megan Millat

Our California offices have a great opportunity to help improve the quality of life for homeless youth! If you'd like to participate, donate jeans by dropping them in the designated boxes in your office. Donations will be accepted until the end of the month. Kickstart your spring cleaning and give those old jeans a new purpose—helping someone in need!

Safety First

by Tim Lampman

We've hit a bump in our 30-day safety goal due to late injury reporting and unsecured loads. Recently, debris from work vehicles damaged a Tesla and a Porsche, increasing insurance costs—something we can easily prevent by properly securing loads. Imagine dealing with that for your own car! Thankfully, no one was hurt.

Let’s get back on track! Secure all loads and vehicles, and report injuries right away to avoid complications and delays in treatment.

With Spring approaching, be prepared for cold and wet weather. Wear slip-resistant footwear to prevent falls, and drive safely by maintaining distance and checking your tires and wipers.

Thank you for your hard work! Let’s stay vigilant, look out for one another, and keep fostering a positive, safe workplace.
