October's Best of ProTec
by Dave Rauch
I am proud to recognize Roberto Favela out of Department 260 as October's Best of ProTec! A current Board Member and homeowner wrote in and shared, Roberto’s trusted quality of work, friendly resident interactions, and outstanding responsiveness make him an incredible asset to the community. Even when faced with a “tough crowd,” he consistently leaves homeowners smiling and grateful for a job well done. Thank you, Roberto, for the value, dedication, and positivity you bring to the ProTec team every day!

Safety First
by Tim Lampman
With heavy rain forecasted across most regions this weekend, it’s a good reminder to stay safe in wet conditions. While driving, ensure tires have proper tread, wipers are in good condition, headlights are on, and you maintain safe speed and distance. On jobsites, wear slip-resistant ANSI-approved footwear, watch for transitions from wet to dry surfaces, and make sure wet floor signs are in place. Thank you for helping keep our workplace safe, always look out for yourself and others.

Safety Meeting Trivia
by Liz Teposte
Last month we had the pleasure of hosting Safety Meeting Trivia with Departments 30, 250/260 and 535.
What is Safety Meeting Trivia? We go out twice a year to your departments safety meeting, ask a few safety and company related questions. If you answer a question correctly, you get to spin the wheel for a prize. Remember to stay up to date on all things ProTec and Safety. See you soon 😊

Dave's Success Tips
by Dave Rauch
Tip #80: Be explicit and meaningfully precise in all communications, agreements and dealings. Summarize and write down important discussions... and make sure all sides agree. Putting agreements in writing avoids misunderstandings. Memories are fallible, and death is inevitable (so far).
