Incoming: One United Force

by Dave Rauch

I am excited to announce we are pursuing a larger office space in OC, bringing all three of our departments (160, 850, 950) under one roof. Why? Synergy is the cornerstone of our success. By bringing our departments together, we form a unified team primed for greater achievements.

Currently, our operations are spread across three separate locations in close proximity. While this arrangement was necessary during the initial integration of 850 and 950 into ProTec, it's now time to further that integration process by uniting as one team. By centralizing our operations, we streamline our processes, improve collaboration, and reinforce our unified team mentality.

I am confident that together, we will unlock new opportunities, achieve unprecedented growth in the region, and create a more dynamic ProTec for all team members. While there are still details to finalize, rest assured that we will keep you updated every step of the way.

Trainual: One Big Leap For Training, One Giant Leap For ProTec

by Caleb Henry

Recently, we've acquired a new technology aimed at streamlining the documentation of our standard operating procedures (SOPs). Katie Copeland has taken the lead in prioritizing the establishment of clear job role expectations and accessible training materials. With the implementation of Trainual, our new software solution, we aim not only to catalog our processes comprehensively but also to enhance ongoing training and education for all staff members. This tool marks a significant advancement in our training practices, aiming to eradicate confusion and provide clear, actionable expectations for all ProTecians, regardless of their roles. Over the next few months, we'll be working diligently to roll out this platform across the company. Stay tuned for more information on the tool and our roll-out process.

Your prompt entries are crucial in guiding our focus on areas that need improvement or the areas that we are excelling at. We will be sending out the February survey to clients soon to see how we're doing as we work to continue to improve our client experience. Remember, it's not enough to do quality work. We must also communicate well too as that is a big part of our job. Keep up the excellent work!

Dave's Success Tips: Lofty Explicit Goals

by Dave Rauch

Tip #21: Always have lofty explicit goals and visualize them intensely. Assume the attitude that if you don't reach your goals, you will literally die! This type of gun-to-your-head forced focus... survival pressure mindset, no matter how briefly used, stimulates your mind, forces you to use your time effectively... and illuminates new ways of getting things done.

CONGRATULATIONS
