Recap: May & June Best of ProTec

We're recognizing and celebrating two outstanding ProTecians as our May and June Best of ProTec recipients: Angelli Quintana from our Janitorial Department (30) and Daniel Anselmini from our Orange County Maintenance Department (160).

While their roles are different, both of their nominations shared a common theme. Angelli does an incredible job taking care of one of our larger properties, while Daniel has built relationships with board members by keeping them informed and up to date on the projects he's working on. Both consistently earn the trust of our clients through reliability, professionalism, and the positive feedback from community managers speaks for itself.

Having people like Angelli and Daniel out there representing the ProTec name is something we're incredibly proud of. Thank you both for everything you do, and congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!

Knowify Updates

Knowify Update: Recurring Scheduling

Knowify now supports recurring scheduling. Now set up a maintenance visit once (weekly or monthly, with an optional end date) and Knowify will keep generating it automatically. It is a great option for our CAMPs, since you no longer have to re-enter the same visit every cycle.

Samantha has shared a Trainual course walking through the new scheduling setup with the admin and operations teams - check there for step-by-step instructions.

Mobile App: Fix Coming Soon

We know the app has periodically been hanging/spinning on weaker cell service or certain users specifically. We've already seen fewer of these reports lately as we made some changes in an effort to help a couple of weeks ago. A full update aimed at the specific cases we are experiencing is close to release. Please let us, or your manager know that you are having these connections problems so we can fix them. We will keep you updated. If you have any questions, let us know!

Safety First

World Cup players know one thing: you can't play your best if you're dehydrated.

The same goes for us.

With temperatures climbing, make hydration part of your game plan. Drink about 8 ounces of water every 15–20 minutes, and don't forget electrolytes when you're working in the heat.

The goal is simple: finish every day healthy, hydrated, and ready for the next one.

Christmas in July

I hate to be the one to say it, but we're already over halfway through the year... and there are only 168 days until Christmas.

Yep, let that sink in. Time really does fly, so enjoy the summer while it lasts!

ProTec Spotlight

Running a business, you usually hear from people when something goes wrong, not when something goes right. That's why this phone call was such a pleasant surprise.

A driver recently called just to let us know that one of our employees was being courteous and respectful on the road. They were so impressed that they wanted to recognize him. As it turns out, they also live in an HOA and said they'll be recommending ProTec to their community because of that interaction.

It's a great reminder that you never know who's watching. The way you represent yourself, and ProTec, both on and off the job can leave a lasting impression.

A big shoutout to Arnulfo Murguia (Dept. 150) for being a courteous driver and a great representative of ProTec. Check out the full story below!
