Heartfelt Thanks

by Dave Rauch

As we approach this Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you. This year has brought its challenges, but also countless moments of growth, innovation, and success—thanks to your hard work and dedication to our purpose of Improving Quality of Life.

Each day, you bring your best to the table, supporting one another and our mission. It's your talent, collaboration, and commitment that make ProTec great. I am incredibly thankful for all of you, and I am proud of everything we have accomplished together.

May this Thanksgiving bring you time to reflect, recharge, and enjoy the things that matter most—whether it's time with family, personal accomplishments, or simply a moment of peace.

Thank you for being the heart of our success. I wish you and your loved ones a joyful and SAFE Thanksgiving.

BUSINESS NEWS

2 MORE DAYS!

by Mark Adams

Everyone has done an amazing job staying safe this month! If we can keep it up for just two more days, EVERYONE in the company will earn a $25 net check. Let’s kick off the holiday season the right way—safe and rewarded! And remember, the goal isn’t just one month; let’s keep this momentum going strong, hit 3 months and get $100.

On the Path to Retirement

by Mark Adams

Exciting news about Paul Mayeski! As he begins his transition toward full retirement over the next few years, Paul is shifting to a reduced role. He’ll still be contributing his expertise through limited Dept. 20 fieldwork and supporting sales efforts with Maintenance Manuals and Inspections.

For any Dept.20 questions or requests, please reach out to Claudia Felix at CFelix@protec.com. And for technical questions, feel free to connect with me directly at MAdams@protec.com. We’re grateful for Paul’s continued contributions and wish him all the best in this next chapter!

Safety First

by Tim Lampman

As the holidays approach, let’s prioritize safety. Tragically, a 24-year-old in San Diego lost his life while hanging Christmas lights—a sobering reminder to stay cautious.

Inspect your lights for damage, use stable ladders, avoid power lines, and stick to outdoor-approved gear in dry conditions.

Let’s make this season joyful and safe!

New Safety Protocol

by Neil Carey

You should have received a text earlier this week about our latest safety initiative. Starting December 1st, hi-vis safety vests will be required for everyone on job sites, including and especially when working near moving vehicles. Everyone should already have a safety vest, but if you don’t, please reach out to Tim Lampman at TLampman@protec.com.
