As we head into the holiday, I want to wish each of you a warm, restful, and joy-filled Thanksgiving. I am truly THANKFUL for every one of you and the hard work, dedication, and heart you’ve brought to ProTec throughout this year.

Thank you for showing up every day, supporting one another, and taking such great care of our clients and communities. Your efforts make all the difference, and we couldn’t do what we do without you.

I hope this holiday gives you time to relax, recharge, and enjoy special moments with family and friends.

Open Enrollment - One Week Left

Open Enrollment is open, but only until next Friday, Dec. 5. Your 2026 benefits begin January 1. This year is especially important, everyone must actively enroll! If you miss this period, you’ll have to wait until the next Open Enrollment unless you experience a qualifying life event.

Important Reminders:

• Make sure you can access your Paylocity account (Company ID: 143161) to make your selections or opt out. Reach out if you need assistance.

Key Deadline:

• Outstanding bills, copays, and reimbursements with our current provider, HealthNet, must be taken care of by December 31, 2025. After this date, all HealthNet coverage will end, and the Difference Card will be deactivated and no longer work for payments.

Please make sure all outstanding balances are cleared before the December 31, 2025 deadline.
