Shoutout to the Dads!

As we head into the weekend, I want to wish all the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, and father figures in our ProTec family a very Happy Father’s Day.

Whether you’re celebrating with loved ones, enjoying some well-earned rest, or remembering someone special — I hope this weekend brings you joy and time to recharge.

To all the dads on our team: thank you for everything you do, both at work and at home. Your dedication, strength, and care don’t go unnoticed.

Maintenance Manager

I had the chance to sit down with Seth Deutsch, CEO of Samson Partners Group, for our latest Maintenance Manager. We talked about acquisitions and why investors are taking a closer look at service businesses like HOA management companies.

Seth broke down what private equity looks for, the difference between public and private companies, and why strong leadership matters. It was a great conversation—highly recommend giving it a listen on YouTube or Spotify!

Safety First

I am proud to announce that just in time for Safety Month we have created a brand-new Code of Safe Practice’s for 2025. It available in both English and Spanish.

It's loaded with crucial safety information and contains lots of visual aids, pictures, charts, diagrams, and even some artwork from the children of fellow ProTecians. They have been sent out to everyone in Paylocity (access code: 143161). Please keep a look out for it and acknowledge that you have received it by 7/31/2025.
