Swag Alert!

by Danyelle Reese

We love a group picture in your ProTec swag! And speaking of...

Starting in November, we’ll be adjusting the frequency of the shirt orders. Instead of receiving 2 shirts per month, you’ll now receive 3 shirts each quarter. This change will help make the process more efficient and easier for all.

Expect to receive shirts in November, February, May, and August, along with one new hat each time.

We know your shirts can get dirty—that’s just part of the job! If you need extra shirts, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me at Dreese@protec.com, and I'll be happy to get you some more.

BUSINESS NEWS

Restructuring of 250 & 260 Update

by Dave Rauch

Last week, we made key changes at our San Marcos office to strengthen our team and deliver on our brand promise: JOB DONE!

These decisions were made thoughtfully, with careful consideration for the entire ProTec team, ensuring we position ourselves for continued success.

We’re excited to introduce two new Account Managers in Department 260: Donald Lopez, who transferred from Department 60, and Jordyn Perry, from Department 150. Both have consistently demonstrated dedication to our clients and team, and their proven track records speak for themselves.

In Department 250, Les Perry remains the Construction Department Manager and will now be joined by Shane Mallory as the department's estimator. Shane, who transferred from Department 55, has grown tremendously since joining us last year, working alongside Richard Viets and becoming a skilled estimator.

We’re thrilled about these updates and look forward to seeing the San Marcos team's growth and success in the months and years ahead!

Critical Number: It's Crunch Time! 131 of 200

by Caleb Henry

Have you received any feedback from our clients? It's crucial that you submit all client feedback using the link below or the icon on your phone. This input is vital for making informed decisions as a company, and it also contributes to this year's Critical Number - Xperience Xcellence, helping us reach our feedback goals.

So far this quarter, we have received 131 client feedback submissions. We are 66% of the way there! Great job—let’s keep the feedback coming and make sure we reach the goal of 200 by the end of the month!

Remember, we will send out the Critical Number survey at the end of this month to measure client satisfaction. Our goal for this quarter is a 60 NPS score, and timely communication and updates are the key drivers of great scores, according to our clients. Let’s focus on that to ensure we meet our goal and continue our success this year!

Aspiring Andy here! Can I tell you something? I really want to make sure you understand the importance of our new core value: Safety First.

We want to make sure safety is at the forefront of your minds everyday. So, let's break down the new core value, Safety First!

SAFETY FIRST

What it means: We prioritize safety above everything.

How we express it: We do the safe thing even when no one is looking.

What's the outcome: Every ProTecian ensures the safety of the HOAs we service & returns home safely.

Safety First

by Tim Lampman

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of a tragic incident that occurred early on Wednesday, 8/28/2024. A 27-year-old man tragically lost his life due to a trench collapse while working on the Pure Water Project in San Diego, just a short distance from our corporate office.

While this is a somber reminder of the importance of safety, it also reinforces how crucial it is for all of us to stay vigilant and committed to safety training. Let’s use this as a call to action to ensure that we all return home safely to our loved ones each day. Our thoughts and prayers are with the man’s family during this difficult time.

Thankfully, the weekend is almost here again! Check out the video for some laughs as we wrap up the week, hopefully you all celebrated better than this guy.

Dave's Success Tips: Visualize Yourself as Winning

by Dave Rauch

Tip #45: Out-think, out-innovate and out-hustle the competition, and vividly visualize yourself as winning before entering into every deal or competitive situation. Maintain a blood smelling, fighter pilot life-or-death attitude when any deals get near or close.
