On Track to 1 Million

Last year, we introduced our new BHAG, "Improving Quality of Life for 1,000,000 Homeowners," shifting from the previous goal of 30 by 30 (30 offices by 2030). This evolution created a goal that every team member contributes to daily, regardless of your department or position in the company. Since adopting this new BHAG, we have tallied the totals and we are proud to say that we have improved the quality of life for 100,320 homeowners. This significant number, 10% of our ultimate goal, reflects the hard work of all ProTecians and the opportunity we have to make a huge difference in so many people's lives. So, keep up the great work and let's see how fast we can achieve this BHAG! The best is yet to come.

Survey Sent...Feedback In!

Last week we sent out the second critical number survey asking our clients, "On a scale from 1-10, how would you rank the timeliness of our bids or proposals?"

We are still receiving some feedback, but I wanted to share with you the results so far. The above image displays the average scores by area and the below image shows the scores from the January survey along side the scores from the February survey. You can see that we received lower scores for the most part across the board highlighting an area of opportunity.

If we want to achieve this quarter's Critical Number goal of a 52 NPS score, we have to continue making incremental improvements daily and I am confident we will see success. The next survey we send at the end of this month will be the one that we use to score our NPS score. Keep up the great work and remember to continue submitting ANY feedback you hear from our clients using the link below or the feedback submission form on your phone!

Sierra Pick Up Truck for Sale
