This month, we’re excited to recognize two Best of ProTec winners, Dwight Cradolphh and Magdaleno Alcala from Department 60! These two went above and beyond, not just as ProTecians, but as incredible human beings. When a man collapsed at their jobsite, they immediately took action: calling 911 and staying by his side to keep him conscious until help arrived.

Who knows what might have happened if they hadn’t stepped in? Thank you, Dwight and Magdaleno, for helping Improving Quality of Life for others, both on and off the job!

Labor Day is coming up!

We’re thrilled to announce that Joseph Sanchez (160) has been promoted to Account Manager.

Since joining ProTec in 2022, Joseph has truly embodied our core values, always putting Safety First, going All In for his team and clients, and consistently stepping up to Own It when challenges arise.

From day one, he's shown a strategic mindset and a humble approach that have made him a standout in the maintenance department. His dedication to Learn & Grow has not only helped him succeed individually but has also made a positive impact across the team.

This promotion is a reflection of the hard work, leadership, and commitment Joseph brings to ProTec every day. We’re confident he’ll continue to thrive in this next chapter and bring the same energy and integrity to his new role as Account Manager.

Jorge Moreno

A big congratulations to Jorge Moreno (160) as he starts his new role as an Account Manager at ProTec! Jorge first joined us as a technician in 2021, and from the start, he jumped right in, picking up on everything and really fitting in with our culture. His drive to Learn and Grow was clear, and in 2023, he moved into the estimating role where he became a key player in the Maintenance Department.

Jorge has been a huge asset to the team, always ready to step up and tackle challenges head-on. Now, as he takes on this exciting new chapter as an Account Manager, I’m confident he’s going to continue impressing everyone and doing great things for our clients.

Congrats again, Jorge, we’re all looking forward to seeing where this next step takes you!
