Monday is a Paid Holiday!!

Because Christmas falls on Sunday this year, all employees will have the day off on Monday, December 26^th, which is a paid holiday for ALL employees!

Company Truck For Sale

We have another truck for sale. We will be doing another drawing for the option to buy. If your name is selected, you will have the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. We are paying BIG $$$ for "new hire" referrals! This new program went into effect on December 1st and will continue through the end of Q1 2023 (3/31/2023).

$1,000 bonuses will be paid for each referred Skilled Technician, Plumber, and Electrician, to both the referring employee and the new employee.

Curious About The Scoring

You are correct, Q4 Critical Number scoring looks a little different! This quarter, we’re working towards obtaining a percentage. Our goal is to hit a 93% attendance rate as a company for the quarter - meaning if 93% of us come to work on any given day, we “make” our goal for the day. With this new method of attendance tracking, we will know if we are on track every week, instead of constant guessing and having to forecast. This will also allow us to know when there are weeks when we’ll need to step it up and get everyone to work to get back on track!
