W-2 Update & Paperless Option in Paylocity

As we approach the end of the year, we want to provide a quick update regarding the distribution of this year's W-2 forms. For those employees who have chosen to receive a physical copy, the W-2 forms will be mailed to the address we have on file in Paylocity. We encourage all employees to ensure that their current address is up-to-date in Paylocity to guarantee the accurate delivery of the W-2 forms.

We would like to encourage all employees to elect for the paperless option, if possible. By opting for this approach, you gain quicker access to your tax documents.

To make the switch to paperless W-2s, follow these easy steps in Paylocity:

• Step 1: Navigate to the Self-Service Portal.
• Step 2: Click on "Go Paperless."
• Step 3: Switch the analog to "On" for W2/1099 and 1095C.

Nonstop Health Reminder

As we step into the new year, there are important updates regarding Nonstop Health. Nonstop Health is our co-insurance company; they pay all out-of-pocket costs outside of our premiums. So, please remember the following when working with Nonstop Health:

• Submit 2023 claims by March 31, 2024: To avoid denial, submit all 2023 service or prescription claims to Nonstop by March 31, 2024.

• Settle unpaid 2023 bills with Nonstop Visa Card by December 31, 2023.

• Opt for claims process for January/February bills: If you receive a bill in January/February for 2023 services, choose our claims process instead of using the Nonstop Visa card.

• Avoid Nonstop Visa Card usage for 2023 expenses after January 1, 2024.
