Job Fair at Our Chula Vista Office, Help Us Spread the Word!

We’re hosting our first job fair on Saturday, August 23rd from 9 AM to 1 PM at our Chula Vista office, and we’d love your help getting the word out!

We’re hiring for general maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical, among other positions across all four of our San Diego locations. We’ll be doing in-person interviews and making instant job offers. Plus, we’ll have free breakfast for everyone who stops by!

If you know someone in the San Diego area who's looking for a job, please send them our way or share the flyer with them. The more, the better!

Changes in Orange County

Safety First

As we finish the first week of August, I am proud to announce that we have been doing an excellent job with company safety. Since the beginning of the 3rd quarter, we've only had 7 reports of accidents or injuries. Most of these were employees doing the right thing and reporting any accidents or injuries no matter how minor. Most of these injuries were made up of minor hand/finger lacerations and bee/wasp stings that were reported and only required first aid treatment.

Let's continue being cautious while using cutting tools and making sure we are checking our jobsites prior to working to assess the likelihood of the exposure to stinging insects so you can make efforts to avoid them. 

Also, please remember that we are getting into the hottest time of the year. It is very important that everyone makes efforts to remain hydrated before, during, and after work. As well as make efforts to work in shaded areas as much as possible and taking breaks as needed in extreme temperatures. Thanks to everyone for their contributions to remain safe and let’s continue the amazing momentum we have for improving safety as we get closer to the fall season.
