Ready for 2024
by Megan Millat
Get ready for 2024! We recently completed a two-day planning session where we discussed ideas, collaborated, and set strategic goals for ProTec. This planning session holds special importance for two reasons: first, it's the time of year when we review our long-term goals and establish new annual initiatives alongside our quarterly priorities. Second, it's the first time we've included members of the extended management team, such as department leads and managers, to provide fresh perspectives and insights. This addition helped us outline stronger goals, feel more aligned as team, and motivated going into next year. We're very excited about starting 2024 with a strong foundation and making it an even more successful year than 2023!
In the coming weeks, we'll share more about the vision we've outlined for the future and what we aim to achieve in 2024!

We have another truck available for sale that is over $1,000 below market value, and we're conducting a drawing to determine the potential lucky buyer. A Family Trip to Disneyland
by Liz Teposte
Dreams do come true… Our latest Dream went to Robert “Marty” Hartland (260). His Dream was to give his son-in-law and his family tickets to Disneyland. You heard that right, he wanted to give his son-in-law tickets to show how much he appreciates him. The Fountain of Dreams team was able to make it happen – they will be setting them up with tickets for Disneyland for the date they choose. A gift box with goodies was put together which included, Mickey ears, lanyards, drawstring bags and autograph books for the youngsters, making sure they capture those special signatures from their favorite characters. And of course, the Fountain of Dreams team couldn’t stop there, they wanted to make sure Marty also gets to see those smiles from his loved ones and create memorable moments with them by getting Marty and his wife their own Disneyland tickets. We can’t wait to see all the memories they create – Thank you Marty, for trusting us with your dream!
If you would like to submit a dream for you or someone else, send it in to dreams@ProTec.com or fill out the form on the employee portal.

Making a Difference
by Liz Teposte
A few weeks ago, we fulfilled Daniel Correa's (535) dream of setting up collection boxes in all our offices for socks, gloves, and blankets to support children in need during the holiday season. We are deeply touched by the incredible response from our teams who generously contributed to the donation boxes we established. Here are a couple of pictures showcasing our team turning this dream into a reality.

We love to celebrate the unique talents we have at ProTec! This week, we would like to highlight Maria Lopez (30) who has impressed us all with her beautiful crochet flower bouquet. We're grateful to Maria for sharing her special talent and being part of our ProTec family.

True Wealth In Life
by Caleb Henry
As we are in the midst of the holiday season, it's a great time of year to reflect of the true richness of life: your friends, family, and loved ones.
I recently read about some comments Steve Jobs made towards the end of his life that really resonated with me. He spoke about how success in the material world, while enticing and motivating, can often leave us feeling empty if we neglect the importance of the people who surround us and support us. Whether it's our family, friends, or loved ones, they provide the true richness in life that transcends material possessions. We can accumulate wealth and achieve great heights in our careers, but without the support, companionship, and love of those we care about and who care about us, all those achievements lose their luster. The true wealth in life comes from treasuring our relationships, nurturing our connections, and cherishing the moments we share with our loved ones. In the end, it's not the price of things that matters but those that love and support us that enrich our lives.
Hope everyone has a great holiday season!
