Happy Father's Day

by Dave Rauch

Many of you know what a special responsibility and privilege it is to be a father. With Father’s Day coming up, I want to take a moment to recognize and thank all of the dads here at ProTec.

The role you play in the lives of your families is incredibly important. None of us are perfect, and we’re all going to make mistakes along the way. What matters most is continuing to show up, learning from those moments, and setting an example through hard work, integrity, perseverance, grit, and service to others.

The impact you make at home, with your families, and in the lives of those around you goes far beyond what you may realize. Being someone your family can count on is a fathers most important role.

I hope all of the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures feel appreciated and celebrated this Father’s Day and get the chance to enjoy some well deserved time with the people who matter most.

BUSINESS NEWS

Employee Survey

by Dave Rauch

It’s that time again…

We need to hear what you think so we can improve quality of life for all ProTecians. The survey is anonymous, so everything goes. Tell us what’s working, what’s not, and where you think we can improve.

Good news: it’s only 3 questions, so it’ll take less than a minute to complete. Please make sure to submit yours by next Friday.

Safety First

by Tim Lampman

We’ve reset our safety count two days in a row for different reasons, so let’s work on getting things back on track.

With the weather getting hotter, hydration is more important than ever. A good rule of thumb is to drink about 8 ounces of water every 15–20 minutes. Don’t wait until you feel thirsty, that usually means you’re already getting dehydrated.

It’s also important to replace the electrolytes you’re sweating out throughout the day, especially when working in the heat.

Take care of yourselves, stay aware of how you’re feeling out there, and let’s start building that safe day count back up.

Level Up Challenge #2

by Liz Teposte

Last month we launched our first Level Up Challenge for technicians… now it’s the admin team’s turn.

This challenge is open to:

AMs, Admin, IT Assistant/Support, Marketing Assistant, Business Relations Reps, and HR Generalists.

Check your email for the challenge details and how to enter.

To keep things fair, participants can only win one Level Up Challenge prize throughout the program so everyone has a chance to participate and win.

Good luck to you all!

Backflow Inspections Email

by Andy Henley

Today we sent out an email in San Diego about our Backflow Inspections. If you want to check it out, click here. Even if you’re not in San Diego, it’s still good to see the different services we’re providing to clients and the kind of work our teams are doing out in the field.

Dave's Success Tips

by Dave Rauch

Tip #94: For each important action you take, ask yourself if you would be embarassed if it were published. It takes a lifetime of effort to build a good reputation but only a moment of stupidity to destroy it.

CONGRATULATIONS
