ProTec & Spectrum: One United Team

Last Wednesday, we merged with Spectrum Property Services, an experienced 30-year old construction company based in Laguna Hills (Orange County). We're very happy to welcome 28 new ProTecians into our family all with the purpose to Improve Quality of Life for us ProTecians, our Community Manager clients, and the HOAs we serve. I had the pleasure of meeting with each of these new ProTecians personally, and I'm thrilled by the intelligence, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas they bring to our team. This infusion of talent and energy will strengthen our team and lead to great opportunities for all ProTecians and, ultimately our clients. Thank you Chris and Spectrum Team for joining us on this incredible journey!

It's Party Time!

Don't Forget: The end-of-year party is just around the corner... next week! Who's excited? We sure are! Here are some important reminders: The party takes place in the afternoon, so you'll be working in the morning just like usual. There's no need to change, come as you are. Honoring Our Veterans

Their dedication and sacrifices inspire us all. Thank you for your service and commitment to defending our freedoms.

Another Week, Another Dream

Our most recent dream was granted to Carlos Araiza (Dept. 60). His dream was to take his family to Disneyland. The Fountain of Dreams team will be setting them up with tickets to Disneyland for the date they pick… but they didn’t stop there! They put together a gift box with goodies to kick off their special day at the happiest place on earth. The gift box included lanyards, drawstring bags, and autograph books to get those special signatures from their favorite characters. We can't wait to see pictures of their magical day! Bringing joy and smiles to our team is exactly what the Fountain of Dreams Program is meant to do. These are experiences that might otherwise not be as reachable. Rules to Live By

Andy Bailey who is the head of our coaching company, Petra Coach, has 4 rules of business which all of us should adopt as a default way of life. 

1. Be on time, every time.
2. Do what you say you will do.
3. Finish what you start. 
4. Say and mean “Please” and “Thank you.”

Common courtesy is something we should never forget in business and in life. These 4 rules are a great start to living a life that helps “Improve Quality of Life” for ourselves and others.  

REMINDER: Open Enrollment Starts Next Week

Heads up! Open enrollment kicks off next week, running from November 16th through November 30th. This round is a passive enrollment, so if you're sticking with your current medical, dental, vision, or voluntary benefits, no action is needed. Your benefits will automatically carry over into the next year.
