End of Year Party: What An Experience

I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible time we've had recently, coming together at our year-end parties. These gatherings provided us with a unique opportunity to celebrate our achievements, share our vision for the future of ProTec, and most importantly, have a fantastic time together. I cannot express how honored I am to lead such an exceptional group of individuals. Witnessing so many of you in one location, connecting, sharing stories, and building relationships was truly humbling. It has been an incredible journey to see the growth and expansion of ProTec over the years, and I'm more motivated than ever to continue guiding our company and providing each one of you with more opportunities in your careers and lives.

As we move forward, rest assured that these gatherings will only become bigger and better, reflecting the remarkable growth and achievements of our team. The best is yet to come, and I couldn't be more excited about the future of ProTec!

Thank you to all who did an incredible job getting these parties put together - this wouldn't be possible without you!

And, what better way to wrap off the party season than in Vegas on the 29th! I am very much looking forward to celebrating and meeting many of the new team members!

Profit Sharing: You've Earned It!

This initiative is our way of giving back to the incredible individuals who truly make this company thrive (and profitable) - YOU, our exceptional team members. Without your commitment and passion, we would not have the opportunity to achieve the remarkable goals and milestones we've reached, not only this year but over the past three decades. Gratitude Alert: Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is just around the corner! As we approach this day of gratitude, let's take a moment to reflect on all the things we're thankful for. In the spirit of giving thanks, we want to express our appreciation for each member of the ProTec family. Wishing you a warm and joyful Thanksgiving!

REMINDER: Thanksgiving day (Thursday, November 23rd) itself is a PAID HOLIDAY for all employees, but the Friday after (November 24th) is not and we will be back at work!

A Dream to Help Those in Need

The gift of giving is in the air with our ProTec dream team. Fountain of Dreams has been honored with granting another dream, this time for Marisol Marcial (110). Her dream was to donate 15 pairs of shoes and socks to those in need. We are amazed to see how much our own team has the desire to help others. It brings a new meaning to Improving Quality of Life. We presented Marisol with a basket with socks and shoes and will be working with her more to make sure she has all the sizes she needs. But they didn’t stop there, as the Dream Team wanted to make sure while she is thinking of others – we are thinking of her. We surprised her with a gift card to her favorite restaurant. Thank you, Marisol, for trusting us with your dream.

HAPPENING NOW: Open Enrollment

We're excited to announce that the annual benefits enrollment period has officially begun and will run until November 30th. And more importantly, we did not receive any major increases to our rates! This is a first for ProTec and our Benefits!

This Open Enrollment Period is your opportunity to make any necessary changes to your benefits without requiring a life-qualifying event. Please note, this is a “passive” open enrollment, meaning no action is needed if you wish to maintain your current benefits for the upcoming year. All elections will automatically roll over to the new year at the updated rates. If you need to change or cancel something, this will be your ONLY opportunity.

For those making changes or enrolling for the first time, log into your Paylocity account to update your elections. For more comprehensive details about the open enrollment process and options for
