The Relics of St. Thérèse visit the Diocese of Fresno | |
The relics of St. Thérèse of Lisieux are visiting the United States celebrating 100 years of her being a saint. One of the stops included St. Charles Borromeo Church in Visalia from October 18th to the 20th.
This past weekend, Valley Catholics had the opportunity to pray and venerate over St. Thérèse's relics.

Bishop Brennan and the Diocese of Fresno’s Office for Child & Youth Protection/Safe Environment invite you to participate in Stand Up Sunday, a weekend where we affirm the church’s safeguarding efforts by recognizing those who have been fingerprinted, background checked and have completed our abuse prevention curriculum.

Our Lady of the Rosary Celebration

On the Feast Day of Our Lady of the Rosary, St. Ann's Religious Education classes prayed the rosary with Benediction.
Newly ordained deacon, Jim McDonald, led the rosary and Benediction with the help of the students.
The Confirmation students baked and assembled a cupcake display shaped as a rosary for all to enjoy afterwards.

Here's a few essential healthy habits to positively affect our wellbeing this autumn:
1. Get Adequate Sleep: Fall is a great time to re-align our sleep schedule. 7 to 9 hours of sleep is recommended for adults.
2. Prioritize Self Care: Reduce screen time and increase self-care activities such as hobbies, exercise, and outside time.
3. Eat Well: Fall seasonal fruits and vegetables are nutritious and rich in nutrients!
4. Regular Handwashing: Handwashing is our most powerful defense mechanism against germs.
