Healthy Habits for Fall

Check out these tips!

Here's a few essential healthy habits to positively affect our wellbeing this autumn:

1. Get Adequate Sleep: Fall is a great time to re-align our sleep schedule. 7 to 9 hours of sleep is recommended for adults.

2. Prioritize Self Care: Reduce screen time and increase self-care activities such as hobbies, exercise, and outside time.

3. Eat Well: Fall seasonal fruits and vegetables are nutritious and rich in nutrients!

4. Regular Handwashing: Handwashing is our most powerful defense mechanism against germs.
