Bishop Brennan invites Valley Catholics to the Annual Chrism Mass on Thursday, March 26th at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Visalia starting at 2:00pm.
During the Mass, Bishop Brennan will bless Holy Oils (Oil of the Sick, Oil of Catechumens, and Chrism Oil) that will be given to each parish in the Diocese for sacraments.
Bishop Brennan will also renew the vows of our priests! A livestream will be available on our website for those unable to attend.

Give Calendars to Pleasant Valley State Prison

The Diocese of Fresno and Catholic Extension recently donated 500 religious calendars to Pleasant Valley State Prison.
In prison, a calendar is an important commodity that allows prisoners to have a steady sense of time and track important dates regarding their cases.

The Office of Vocations held a Priesthood Discernment Group Meeting at St. Rita's Church in Tulare on Sunday, March 1st.
During the meeting, discerners had the opportunity to pray, listen to a testimony from Diocesan seminarian Cristian Ovalles, and ask questions about their vocation.

Blood Cancer United's Student Visionary of the Year Candidates
San Joaquin Memorial High School, Fresno

Coco Telesco and Lauren Kendall, sophomores from SJM, are Student Visionary of the Year candidates for Blood Cancer United.
The Student Visionaries of the Year campaign is a fundraising challenge where students advocate for the Blood Cancer United's mission to cure blood cancer and improve the quality of life for all patients and their families.
The goal is to raise $150,000 and it can't be done without your support!

On Fridays, the Knights of Columbus at St. John's Cathedral host a Lenten Fish Fry dinner at the Singleton Hall from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
- Adult plate: $15.00
- Child plate: $10.00
All are also welcome to join the parish for Stations of the Cross at 6:00pm in the church.
