The Health Benefits of Having Gratitude

This Thanksgiving, let's remember that being grateful has a positive effect on our minds, bodies, and souls!

Our mind: Being grateful fosters a sense of contentment and stability.

Our bodies: Gratitude promotes well-being, better sleep and a positive outlook.

Our souls: Having gratitude opens our hearts to God's love and helps us acknowledge God's presence in our lives.
