Fr. Rayanna Pudota's Encounter with the Holy Father

St. Joseph, Firebaugh

Fr. Rayanna Pudota, Pastor of St. Joseph's Church in Firebaugh, met Pope Leo XIV recently!

"During my brief encounter with Pope Leo XIV, I spoke about our Diocese of Fresno and our Bishop, Joseph V. Brennan and asked if he would bless our entire Diocesan family. At that moment I felt I was not standing before the Holy Father but as a priest of the Diocese of Fresno, bringing our local Church into the heart of the universal Church. May his blessing strengthen our priests, encourage our families, inspire our young people, and draw all of us closer to Christ and to one another." - Fr. Rayanna Pudota
