Anticipating the new school year, the Office of Catholic Education which operates the Diocese of Fresno Education Corporation wanted to refresh their look.

The logo itself is a symbol of the service that goes into Catholic Education. Catholic Educators are called to their ministry, building up God's Kingdom by: 

• Assisting students to grow into fullness of life in Jesus.
• Embracing their baptismal call to ministry. 
• Continuing the mission of Jesus in their lives. 

Although each one of the 21 schools throughout our Diocese is unique, the goal of the Office of Catholic Education is to unify the achievement of Fulfilling the Mission of Jesus Christ in every student.

Join Bishop Brennan in welcoming the school year with Holy Spirit Parish's Annual Blessing of the Backpacks and Mass!

All students throughout the Diocese are invited to bring their backpacks to be blessed by Bishop Brennan before the new school year begins.

Bring your backpack and place it at the designated table set up by Holy Spirit's Mom's Group before the Mass!

Vacation Bible School

St. Lucy's, Fowler

St. Lucy's Parish recently held their first ever Vacation Bible School, "God Loves You S'more!"

Starting the day with a blessing from Fr. Adrian Kim, the students enjoyed a day filled with joy, laughter and meaningful fellowship.

Save the date for St. Patrick's Dinner Concert and Auction on Saturday, August 23, 2025!

The Dinner Concert and Auction will feature Bishop Brennan and local performers. Proceeds will benefit the building of the Priests' Rectory at St. Patrick's Church in Merced.
