A Lectio Divina Approach to the
Mass Readings: Lent
Check out the PDDM's New Publication!
On the occasion of the centenary of the foundation of our Congregation Pious Disciples of the Divine Master on February 10, 1924, in Alba, Italy, we announce the publication of our new book on the liturgical year: A Lectio Divina Approach to the Mass Readings: Lent.
According to the Ceremonial of Bishops, 249: "Through its twofold theme of repentance and baptism, the season of Lent disposes both the catechumens and the faithful to celebrate the paschal mystery."
This book is a helpful pastoral tool to delve into the meaning of Christ's Paschal Mystery as both catechumens and faithful devoutly ascend, in this season of Lent, to the holy mountain of Easter.
Please contact Sr. Mary Margaret Tapang, PDDM for free copies at (559) 275-1656. Donations will be used to continue our laudable apostolic initiative to nourish people with "the Bread of the Word."
